About me:

My name is Terek Arce. I am a Computer Engineering PhD student working in the SoundPad Lab at the University of Florida's Computer & Information Science & Engineering Department (CISE).

My primary research interests lie in developing testing frameworks for head-related transfer functions (HRTFs) and creating 3D-audio plugins for virtual and augmented reality applications. I've also dabbled in animation, bioinformatics, computer security and medicine. I have a wide ranges of hobbies including playing piano, swimmimng, surfing and painting. My main passion, however, is anything programming related.
